Training for therapists and vets to become an OsteoSacralTherapist®:The OsteoSacralTherapy® combines the manual technics of Craniosacraltherapy, Osteopathy and Kinesiology to heal bracings, dysbalances and several obstructions of the muscles, tendons, bones, joints and vertebras. By using special manual technics which are very soft the body of a human as well as of an animal can be released from pain and stress. The organs will be able to work unrestrained again, blockings and immobilizations between bones, joints and muscles can be removed.
A course for OsteoSacralTherapy® will be offered at equinus® - therapy for horses in Gaimersheim near Ingolstadt/Bavaria-Germany. All therapists and vets who are familiar with the handling of horses can book this special training programme.
The course starts every year in may and will be offered as a half-year-correspondence-course with four workshops. To enable all those who work fulltime or live far away from the academy each of the four workshops will be held from Thursday till Sunday. The theoretical and practical lectures (8 lessons per day) take place in equinus® own Academy- & Riding Center in Gaimersheim near Ingolstadt. For the practical lessons the students are using the school-horses owned by equinus®. Private horses can be used for the practical training in arrangement with the study director. The lectures are held by competent and qualified lecturers with appropriate practical experience. The curriculum includes such subjects as manual therapy technics, Myology (science of muscles), Anatomy, Biomechanics, functional nervous system, hormonal and endocrine system, treatments for lesions and blockings, anamnesis, several craniosacral and osteopathy technics. The course starts with theoretical lessons, followed by practical lectures with treatments and exercises which the students will work out on each other. This method helps to understand the manual technics and trains a very gentle feeling. After the human exercises the students work with the horses. The training at equinus® - therapy for horses concludes with the attainment of the Certificate for OsteoSacralTherapy®. Our training broschures can be downloaded or send by mail.
